This paper describes the practical experience of utilizing simple IT tools in a foresight project aimed al building a vision of the "Information Society-Knowledge Society". A particular emphasis is put on a Delphi study. The paper also discusses the suitability of grnupware and group decision support systems in future-oriented works.
