The paper deals with the implementation of new concepts and models in the field of the decision support systems, which can help financial decision makers to process useful information from raw data, documents, personal knowledge, and/or business models in order to identify and solve complex financial problems and to take good decisions with a minimum amount of risk in case of failure.
