The paper presents the concepts and implementation for the portal e-Romania. The “e-Romania” concept, launched in June 16, 2009 by the Romanian Ministry of Communications and Information Society is the mandatory and necessary starting point for the development of e-Romania Portal. For testing purposes the configuration of e-Romania portal was based on a Content Management System (CMS).
