Abstract
ESYS is a graphical knowledge acquisition tool based on the psychological theory of personal constructs. Several experts in the same problem domain are interviewed by ESYS to produce independent rating grids which capture their knowledge. ESYScombines their knowledge into a single consultation expert system suitable for subjective multi-criteria decision-making.
