Abstract

The book deserves a perusal by all the specialists who are engaged in the Information Technolology field and plan to enter or set the basis for developing and managing client/server applications. The classes of applications the authors have had in mind are mainly decision support systems, management information systems and on-line transaction processing systems representing a broad spectrum of application areas and covering all the problems to solve and all the requirements to fulfil when developing such applications.
