Abstract

The functions and flows in the process of machining complex geometry parts are considered. The computer solutions as well as some of their effective implementation in a demonstration platform are described. The overall efficiency greatly relies on communicative plantfloor controllers and availability of local and wide area networking facilities. A multiview object oriented approach helps in achieving coordinated team work.
