The goals of the paper are: to build a general model of the discusion; to define in a clear manner the phenomenon regularly called "dispute"; to define the argument and to build a model of the argumentation; to identify, to classify and to analyze the frequent logical mistakes in dispute/argumentation. The intended audience is the average reader, with no special training in Logic, Mathematics, etc.
